Weight Lifting |
Music is formatted for freeweight classes such
as PowerFlex, Body Pump, etc. Each CD contains 10 tracks at approximately
130 BPM. There is a 1 minute break between each track (except
the last two).

Kickboxing/Group |
Music is formatted for kickboxing or other high
intensity aerobic exercise. The music is continuous at 135 to 140
beats per minute.

the tempo alternates between about 140 BPM for the high impact exercises
and around 130 BPM for the recovery. All songs are on 32-count phrasing.
