Music is formatted for freeweight classes such as PowerFlex, Body Pump, etc. Each CD contains 10 tracks at approximately 130 BPM.  There is a 1 minute break between each track (except the last two).

Music is formatted for kickboxing or other high intensity aerobic exercise.  The music is continuous at 135 to 140 beats per minute.

Music is formatted for step classes.  The tempo stays around 125 - 130 BPM.  The music is continuous and all songs are on 32-count phrasing.

Music is formatted for cycling classes.  The track length and phrasing are not controlled, but the songs do blend together - there is no pause between songs.
