The format for these CDs is compatible
with Power Flex, Power Pump, Body Pump, and most weight
lifting formats. Each CD contains 10 tracks, each
about 4 minutes long, including a final stretch. There
is a 1 minute break between each track (except the last two)
to allow for a muscle-specific stretch and changing weights
for the next track. The tempo is approximately 130 BPM, and
each track is preceded by a 32-count lead-in. Though less
critical for this class format, all songs are on 32-count phrasing. Look here for some class format suggestions. |
