These CDs are formatted for interval
classes such as bootcamp, athletic training, etc. The tempo alternates
between about 140 BPM for the high impact exercises and around 130 BPM
for the recovery. Of course, recovery is where the strength exercises
are done. Each tracks is about 4 minutes long with no break between
tracks. The later CDs include a warning sound (not a whistle!) 8
counts before the last 32-count phrase so you can finish up whatever you're
in the middle of. All songs are on 32-count phrasing.
